Deep Tissue/Remedial Massage/Cupping
Loosen tight, knotty muscles to relieve issues such as tension headaches, stiff neck and shoulders, aching legs and back. We tailor the treatment to suit your needs.
Relaxation Massage
A gentle experience to soothe and nurture the body and mind. This gently improves circulation and relieves muscle tension.
Pregnancy Massage
We have three therapists specialising in pregnancy massage and pampering. Please ensure you mention that you require a pregnancy massage when booking.Unlike most places, we do not charge extra for pregnancy massage
Hot Stone Massages
Heated stones used to warm and relax the muscles
Myotherapy
Treat or prevent soft tissue pain and restricted joint movement caused be muscle or myofascia dysfunction. (dry needling $10) Private Health rebate available with this treatment
Children's Treatments
We cater to children 5 and up. Please note all children 17 and under require a parent or guardian in the room at all times
